Poisonous place with some poisonous people!
The good thingsLeaving most toxic workplace ever.
The challengesThe business leader needs removing, not a leader not even a manager at best. Surrounds themselves with those who will not challenge coercive behaviour. Improvements need to be made in First Nations engagement, diversity and inclusion, currently a box ticking exercise. Safety is talked about, not actioned.

Zero growth, zero training, misleading managers.
The good thingsThe work itself was interesting, enjoyed working with technicians' and trades on site.
The challengesManagement is incompetent, self-serving, and more interested in protecting their own jobs than supporting staff. Communication is almost non-existent, leadership is chaotic, capable workers are undervalued or driven out and are treated like children. The workplace rewards mediocrity and punishes initiative. In addition, management shows zero customer focus, frequently blaming customers for their own shortcomings and openly bad-mouthing them in front of staff. Overall, it’s a toxic and demoralising environment.

If you're a talented self motivated tech then do yourself a favour and don't resort to working here.
The good thingsGreat team of fellow technicians that do have the company's best interest at heart, however due to poor management many talented, capable, and hardworking employees choose to pursue opportunities elsewhere where they feel their skills, experience, and ambitions are better recognized and supported. The client and the welfare of the technicians is second only to the doing the bare minimum that is required in the contract as well as protecting the managements KPI bonus.
The challengesThe company promotes itself as supportive and a “world leader,” and it has strong potential in its field. However, many employees feel that leadership can appear more focused on protecting their own positions than on developing and supporting their teams resulting in a toxic culture at this particular branch. Communication is often non insistent, with staff learning about important decisions only after they have already been finalized, which can create uncertainty and frustration. Decisions sometimes seem rushed or uncoordinated, resulting in confusion rather than a clear and consistent direction. Career progression within the company is another area of concern. Employees who hope to advance internally, especially those working as technicians, may find that opportunities for growth are limited. Leadership and roles are frequently filled through external hiring, with individuals who have limited product knowledge or little formal management experience.

Stay away unqualified management that fosters a toxic environment.
The good thingsSome capable and experienced people at the frontline who genuinely carry the workload
The challengesUnqualified, poorly appointed management with little understanding of the work or how to lead people. Relying on threats, pressure, and constant blame of staff while avoiding accountability. Poor decisions, weak communication, and toxic culture have driven many experienced employee's out

An abundance of red tape and unsupportive toxic management team!
The good thingsThe hard working small people and customers are great! The OT is a bonus too.
The challengesIt’s a mismanaged business with an incompetent executive team! Zero support when asked then quick to criticise. They act like they care for you then leave you high and dry when you’re in need!

Overall not the best place to work for a Sales Consultant.
The good thingsGreat work life balance being supported by direct line manager
The challengesPoor sales model, internal sales allowed to cut through your territory along with sector managers, creates a cut throat internal environment. Sales and Operations do not have a great relationsips the division between the two is concerning. Micromanagement through CRM with little transparency on current performance sales numbers, lack of involvement of Sales Consultants in building territories or budgets, unrealistic target growth percentages. Not open to pay rises if every KPI is met 100% regardless of territory growth.
