    I met and worked with some truely great people at Aggreko and they were great to work for albeit not without some challenges and frustration
    The good thingsVery supportive of their staff when they face challenges outside of work The staff at the coal face work hard to please the customer
    The challengesSometimes they make so many changes all at once you struggle to keep up Can be more of a popularity contest than a talent contest if you are seeking promotion especially in senior management role
