    Very clicky environment

Management and HR personel were tonic and would stab you in the back.
The good thingsFriday drinks and when you got to leave the place.
The challengesBetter understanding of the role and more guidance and support. You were often thrown in the deep end and expected to come up with results.

No amount of money could ask me to come back
The good thingsSome of the people were good to work with
The challengeshorrible place to work - cliquey, toxic behaviour from teammates and management. scrutinised for making minuscule mistakes, discouraged from broadening skills and being able to take on new challenges, horrible teams - leave you out and can’t even say hi or bye back. would rather have no job than work there.

Avoid at all costs and get a job elsewhere
The good thingsSome good people in the teams
The challengesToxic management and purple circles. Favouritism runs deep. Lots of politics the more senior you go

Look elsewhere in NSW as there will be better opportunities to develop your career. It turned out to be one of the worst jobs I have been employed in. The role I thought I applied for never eventuated. The Head office in Perth and little interest shown in supporting a new venture in NSW. Lots of talk and promises at the Monday meetings with Perth to plan forward work, but little to no action. No idea on how to work share or communicate. Lots of motherhood statements.

    Be warned!!
The good thingsGood people in the team
The challengesThey tell you what you want to hear to get you in the door. Once you're in, they don't care about your wellbeing & career development despite management claiming they do. You're micro-managed and the environment is toxic, high pressure & all about billable hours. Poor leadership, culture and purple circles.

One of the best companies I have had the pleasure to work in. I was only there on a casual contract basis and was gutted that there was not a full-time opportunity for me to stay on. I would go back to the company in a heartbeat!
The good thingsGreat Culture Collaborative Team Genuine and Caring Management Team Exec Leaders equally caring and fantastic to work for
    The challengesNo Challenges, great company
