    The good thingsLove the environment around the place in terms of colleagues, type of assignments etc. I know this is my first time working in an organization but I'm sure its the greatest!!
    The challengesNot much. It depends on what kind of person you are, if you know how to manage your own assignment/ time then this job suits you. If not then you'll have to push yourself a little. Only hard at first but once u got through that, you'll be living the dream job.

    The challengesThere is very little room to grow and be promoted into a higher position. This is why there is a very high turnover of staff.
