Don't recommend, as this was not a supportive environment.
The good thingsNot working weekends or public holidays..
The challengesWorking alone at the sites. No support. High demands of KPI. This was more of a self employment role as you will be doing everything. No security, high risk of physical threats.

I can see why people like working in this industry, its a great mix of challenge and reward. Some people are not up to it and leave, but the opportunities are there for the taking in a place like this. I think being fresh to the industry has helped me by not being stuck in the past and here we seem to only look forward. Its refreshing.
The good thingsThe management is always looking at ways to do things better. Being new to the sector it was great to get strong onboarding and training and I am learning new things everyday. What I like the most though is the desire to deliver a great customer experience.
The challengesDealing with clients can sometimes be a challenge but it is rewarding when you can get breakthroughs.

Nice place to work but challenging customers
The good thingsMy direct managers, working offices, colleagues
The challengesThere are always challenges in a workplace, this was overall a great place to work with some challengers in KPI's which is normal. Sometimes it was very high pressure but overall everyone was helpful and lovely

Worst people, culture and toxic environment in general
The good thingsNothing at all as the management doesn't have any knowledge how to run the business on its out
The challengesThey ruin peoples reputation and all they do is talk about each and everyone at work either client, employer , gossips about other peoples life I would never recommend this place to anyone as your entire reputation will be ruin

Some great people there, unfortunately, the culture is toxic and the senior leadership in head office live on a different planet from the rest of us.
The good thingsGood people on the ground trying to do good things Making a difference to peoples lives
The challengesPoor senior management. Some of the operational and contractual decisions previously made have been questionable to say the least. Staffing at sites is extremely lean Continual churn of staff Teams meetings......so many...so so many

The journey with Aimbig has been amazing so far. To get recognized in such a short time, I feel Blessed!!
The good thingsI have been with Aimbig Employment since Aug 2021. Since joining, I have progressed from a Job Coach role to an Area Manager role, with my most recent and current position being for 9 months. During my tenure I have possessed a collaborative approach to leadership and mentoring staff and fostered a harmonic team-oriented environment. I consider myself to be a mindful and progressive leader who is able to drive performance while fostering a positive team culture.
The challengesManaging various ESA and helping grow the caseloads remotely.

The best job of my life, so far.
The good thingsEveryone that I work with embodies the company values, and I really love that. It really is like a second family. The support that I get from my manager and my colleagues is second to none. And we are helping people, people like myself, I was one of the people AimBig were helping and I am now getting to pay that back by helping others.
The challengesAdapting to the culture and learning about a career instead of just having a job. I didn't have a great education and I was feeling overwhelmed in the beginning. But once I learned that I would not be looked down upon for speaking up and asking for help, things improved vastly.

It has been an amazing and eye opening experience since taking the leap of faith to come to Aimbig, and I couldn't be any happier with making this decision in this business that brings positive change and continuous improvement!
The good thingsAimbig prides itself in being dynamic and agile both to internal staff and external stakeholders, which makes working for the organisation very interesting!
The challengesWorking in a disability sector can sometimes be quite challenging, especially with the vulnerable cohort however the team supports each other closely to lift each other up and achieve the best of their potential

    Amazing, inspiring, rewarding and generous.
The good thingsCareer progression. I started in November 2020 in one role and by Feb 2021 I was promoted into a new role as national trainer (my dream role). Communication between senior management and staff is consistent and transparent. Recognition of staff. Staff are regularly celebrated internally and on social media
The challengesAs a new business, there are gaps, but in my experience, every time it has been raised or recognised it has been resolved and improved upon immediately.

An Employee journey I didn't know I needed to take but I am glad I took, as I have never felt more supported, rewarded and recognised than I do here.
The good thingsAimbig is more than just an Employment Services Provider. Its all about how can Aimbig make the Journey of someone looking for work more than just the stock standard "Norm". Also at Aimbig your not just a number, your a valued team member and Aimbig are rewriting the Employee Journey to make it different, unique and where you can write your own direction to your career.
The challengesLike any company there are always challenges, in systems, operations and with your duties but at Aimbig your are apart of the solution and can create your own solutions with all the support you need.

Aimbig Employment was new to the Disability Employment Services industry in 2018. I decided to take a chance and move to Sydney to start working for Aimbig Employment. This was the best decision I have ever made! The company has gone from strength to strength and achieved phenomenal results and is now a market leader in the industry. The culture and passion of the Aimbig Employment Team makes it a fun, enjoyable place to work where you feel supported, valued, recognised and rewarded!
The good thingsThe culture, passion and drive of the Aimbig Employment Team is why I love working for Aimbig Employment.
The challengesBeing a dynamic, agile and innovative company that lives and breathes the values had allowed us to overcome any challenges and achieve phenomenal results. I am extremely proud of Aimbig Employment’s achievements and growth since starting the Disability Employment Services contract and it’s been amazing to be a part of this incredible journey.

    A nightmare
The good thingsI enjoyed helping people with a disability by offering support and a genuine opportunity for them to voice their needs and watching them gain a sense of relief when they realised I could help them overcome barriers and progress on their journey towards achieving their goals.
The challengesNever having enough time to focus on what was truly important because of the demands of upper management and the need to attend meetings and meet unrealistic KPI's. I found it difficult to see KPI's as something that turned real clients into cattle to be pushed into things they could not handle or that were not right for them just to get the results on paper and get the KPI numbers met. Pushy, uncaring, unsupportive management.
