What’s it like working at AimBig Employment?

    AI summary of recent reviews

AimBig Employment stands out for its supportive and inclusive culture, with many employees valuing the company's mission to make a difference in people's lives. The organisation offers good career progression opportunities, with several examples of internal promotions and professional development. Employees appreciate their direct managers' support and the flexible working arrangements that help maintain work-life balance.

However, some aspects of the work environment present challenges. Meeting KPI requirements can be demanding, and some employees find the workload challenging to manage. There are opportunities to enhance the consistency of senior management decisions and improve training and organisational structure. The nature of some roles requiring independent work can feel isolating for some staff members.

Don't recommend, as this was not a supportive environment.
The good thingsNot working weekends or public holidays..
The challengesWorking alone at the sites. No support. High demands of KPI. This was more of a self employment role as you will be doing everything. No security, high risk of physical threats.

I can see why people like working in this industry, its a great mix of challenge and reward. Some people are not up to it and leave, but the opportunities are there for the taking in a place like this. I think being fresh to the industry has helped me by not being stuck in the past and here we seem to only look forward. Its refreshing.
The good thingsThe management is always looking at ways to do things better. Being new to the sector it was great to get strong onboarding and training and I am learning new things everyday. What I like the most though is the desire to deliver a great customer experience.
The challengesDealing with clients can sometimes be a challenge but it is rewarding when you can get breakthroughs.
