    A job, not a career.
The good thingsFlexibility and not overly hard work
The challengesThe workplace is toxic, but Airservices PR is worse... They have 3 separate Enterprise agreements, and they differ a lot. If you're a traffic controller or fire fighter you get more super, better pay, more increasement of pay, travel allowances. If you're a Technical, Trade, Engineer you're on corporate EA and you get less super and pay. Explains why hardly any new employees and be prepared to get a big workload due to constant shortage of staff. The Difference of how they treat 1/3 of employees is very toxic and bad, you think they would fix it and give equal to all employees. Instead - they milk it.

A toxic and lazy culture of zero accountability.
The good thingsTime off is great, gym available, sleeping on night shift, watching TV etc on down time, if you get injured in or outside the job you still get paid.
The challengesPoor management and leadership, lack of appropriate resources, poor culture with no accountability, lazy employee's thrive whilst the hard workers go unrecognised, the organisation has very little experience at real incidents which impacts negatively, senior management seriously out of touch.
