    High cortisol, low pay.
    The good thingsThey hired nice people to work with you
    The challengesEverything, the low pay the constant movement in targets, the disorganization, the mass turnover. I am sure at any given moment there is probably 15 job ads, its a revolving door and quite frankly an offensive environment

    Poor culture and investment in its people
    The good thingsGood product and exciting opportunities to get some shares and make some money. Nice offices and perks with table tennis tables, stacked fridges and pantry etc - if you're into those things.
    The challengesVery driven company with a competitive and not supportive dynamic. Really lacking in people and culture with a focus to get as much out of you as possible.
