The good thingsCar and fuel, although everything is tracked and traced, take 10 hrs to compile fuel receipts and expenses
The challengesEverything, company pays nothing with no incentive to earn more, you run your own jobs and hire your own guys and stress for nothing

Good to get some experience but not a good place for long term career
The good thingsI had the change to learn a lot and fast in a complete new environment. Most of employees are great to work with.
The challengesThere is not management at all. Work hours are crazy without compensation or rest day. Not much respect or recognition which is why the employee turn over is up to the roof.

Not a good place to work for a non political professional
The good thingsExploring new areas for growth
The challengesVery high staff turnover, average 6-9 months. No consistency and professional approach. Few long serving employees with no formal/professionalqualificatin are siting at top and call the shots.

    Great working environment
The good thingsThe team is fantastic. The support as a national company is great.
The challengesOccasionally there can be challenging customers. However, if you take the time to find out what their needs are you can resolve any issues.

A great place to work if you love electronics and enjoy being given the freedom to run your own projects.
The good thingsBeing given the opportunity to control all aspects of your own projects is a great plus. It may be a daunting concept for some, but if you are a resourceful person then you can certainly gain varied skills quickly. Also in the team I work in we have many sites out in regional areas, so it allows you to get out of the office for short visits to see new places, rather than being stuck in the office all the time.
The challengesThe time and budget pressures of some of the projects can sometimes prove stressful.

The environment and tools to become the best!
The good thingsThe good things here are the working environment. There is a great team and we look after each other like family. My team leader has also shown me a lot and given me some really good opportunity taking on my own jobs.
The challengesMy biggest challenge was working out what part of the company to work in. There is a lot on offer. It was good though that as part of the program I could move between areas and try different things, I wasn't locked in.

The challengesBoth external and internal. Management is not professional. Short term thinking and short cuts in delivery of promised services.
