    Overall, it wasn't terrible but there are better opportunities out there.
    The good thingsThe team and vibe of the workplace was amazing. Incredibly supportive and helpful, really enjoyed working with them. They taught me a lot and helped me get my foot in the door to the transport industry.
    The challengesPay was incredibly low for the amount of work and effort expected from you. Management was also very strange about pay rises.

    Workplace was good wasn't there long as the environment and people around me was toxic. The staff wasn't really welcoming they would talk about you negatively to another employee. I wasn't trained properly when asking a other staff for help we were told not to due to there own work load. It felt like I was thrown under the bus. Management was aware of the issues and did not deal with it at all. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. If the workplace doesn't respect you no point working there.

    Toxic management and egotistical dispatchers made for extreme stress levels....dispatchers have your income in their hands, it’s a power trip for most of them.
