Happy to be out of there.....
The good thingsSunday - when I didn't need to be at work
The challengesOld / outdated equipment, reluctant to spend money on new equipment, no recognition from senior management for going above and beyond, no bonuses despite the central coast group of stores increasing sales, the list goes on......

The experience to date has been positive , when I first joined the business there was some work required to further enhance the branch's along with the business having to commit to a substantial investment in equipment. like any business there have been moments of challenges however for the most part it has been a great experience been apart of a growing business and one that is run with family values.
The good thingsThe ongoing supply of New Equipment , the long standing employees , The Directors acknowledge good results and staff with gift vouchers which is outside of the salary and bonus structure. If you get in and do the job your employed to do, you are rewarded , if you would rather spend time hours at a shopping center avoiding work then you wont last long.
The challengesAs many industry's , trying to get good additional and the worldwide shortage of equipment make's it challenging but the entire industry is in the same boat.

Excited to be in a business that is striving for improvement
The good thingsThe flexibility of a small company to act and move more quickly for our customers rather than a larger company that has different levels of approval slowing the process down
The challengesRecruiting staff into the hire industry is the biggest challenge.
