    A company with huge potential but lacking good culture at the moment.
    The good thingsThey have some wonderful products, and the customer base you deal with is great. Remuneration is fairly good however incentives are average.
    The challengesHigh turn-over of staff at all levels which causes knowlegde gaps. The constant changes in management has affected the company culture.
