    If you're looking for a progressive company that encourages teamwork and professional behaviour... this is probably not the place for you.
    The good thingsFlexible start and finish time, able to work from home one day a week. A few nice people among the staff.
    The challengesLack of planning and aversion to doing 'more than the bare minimum required' made the role unfulfilling. Virtually non-existent communication from management - positive or negative.

    One of the best companies I've worked for.
    The good thingsA very nice place to work. The people there are more than willing to help you if there is something you are not too sure about. They are very safety orientated and make sure everything is done in a safe manner. I would definitely work for this company on a full time basis if they asked me.
    The challengesThe one challenge I had was waiting time between jobs. The only other thing was working as a casual I was really upset to get laid off just after the time that I would have been hired as a full time employee.
