Good if you are in the inner circle but make a mistake and they will come down on you like a tonne of bricks
The good thingsJob is not too hard Hours are good if your supervisor likes you
The challengesManagement are not visible. Changes are made whether it makes the job harder or not and the leads/management don't care or listen. They say they value your opinion but then don't listen anyway.

Working at Alspec was an enjoyable time for myself , job satisfaction met my needs but I felt I need other careear challenges , good people to work with great friendships formed.
The good thingsStaff easy to work and deal with, good training provided and staff assessment and follow ups were always followed up despite at times the tight working schedule
The challengesWorking the nightshift crew always provided working late due to high workloads as such , very busy working environment and you were expected to have all work load done before going home , overtime made it worthwhile but it took it's toll on some physically
