I probably would not recommend working for Alstom, unless a lot changed. The good things- The people (workers) were great and friendly, we always had a good time together, but a lot have left. Interesting industry and project, has potential.
The challenges- Not enough staff, staff feeling frustrated and overloaded with responsibility, lack of support, long term staff not recognised or appreciated, feedback not implemented. Continual challenges without improvement. Aggressive management at times. No culture. No real career progression.
