    Immensely disappointing.
    The good thingsPossibly, a bit of work-life balance.
    The challengesLanguage. Major problem. Most of the management is French and aren't very friendly. Atrocious experience. Horrible and despotic management. They mislead about the role and profile when the job is advertised. Lack of learning opportunities and career growth.

    The good thingsExcellent work-life balance, doesn't matter much how you perform (if that is a good thing?).
    The challengesQuite frustrating at time as politics became over the years more important than the outcome to customers or technical and challenging projects. Technical debt is accruing dangerously too and too much time is spent on maintenance, bashing bugs under the carpet before they come out even scarier.

    One of the best: great company, family feel, doing interesting & important things
    The good thingsBrilliant global and local teams, feels like a big family, everyone focused on success and doing the right thing, exciting industry, global leader and consistently great results so its exciting to be part of that success, innovative, great diversity (though of course still areas to improve), pays well
    The challengesBig organisation can feel a bit slow and complex, need to be willing to relocate internationally for career growth, HR is not very flexible (hours, working remotely) but getting better
