    Overall its a great place to work and always made feel welcome
    The good thingsGreat work environment. Very understanding boss and managers who are always accomandating to working Mothers. I have been with the company for 13 years now. Great group of staff.

    The good thingsGreat environment - bright, friendly staff, organised store. Great management - foster your ongoing development, skills acquisition and knowledge.
    The challengesThe vacuum cleaner! haha. Challenge to find parking. Found it hard constantly standing- back pain.

    I am happy I am not there any more but I do take away a few good friends
    The good thingsThe shop itself was fine and had a good foundation with sakes and reward systems and a good amount of stock for all types
    The challengesThe owner was not a team player and made life very difficult I did not want to be there any more. I took on heaps of responsibility but was never rewarded or given a pay raise

    Amcal Max is both a supportive and driven place to work, assisting you in achieving customer satisfaction and personal achievement.
    The good thingsI can barely name a bad thing about working here! The staff are lovely and so caring, they are understanding and helpful when working around personal life commitments, the company has a great rapport with customers, and the management operates in such a way that allows the shop to be organised and practical, allowing you as the sales person to help your customers as much as possible and achieve a high percentage of sales. Having received multiple awards such as pharmacy of the year, Amcal Max is an excellent place to work and I could not speak more highly of this business.
    The challengesThe only challenges that I have faced in my time at Amcal Max is not getting as many opportunities for advancement as I would have liked. As a very competitive and driven person, I am always looking for ways to improve myself and though I have learnt many new skills I would like to be given even more opportunities and greater responsibilities.
