Great place to work and challenge yourself, with inspiring colleagues
The good thingsSome of the smartest people you'll work with. Little to no politics. Management is supportive of staff growth. Good sense of agency if you're willing to take the reins on your career.
The challengesIt's an SME so there's a lot of variability in the workload

My experience with AMOG Consulting has been overwhelmingly positive, characterized by a supportive work culture, great colleagues, and a proactive approach to feedback for continuous improvement.
The good thingsI have had an incredibly positive experience with AMOG Consulting. The company boasts a team of exceptional employees who contribute not only to a dynamic work environment but also foster a vibrant and inclusive company culture. One standout aspect is the genuine respect and value placed on work-life balance by the management. The flexibility offered is remarkable, and there is a consistent willingness to assist whenever needed.
The challengesWhile working with AMOG Consulting, I've found that, like any organization, there are opportunities for enhancing efficiency in certain processes. However, what sets AMOG apart is their openness to feedback from both management and fellow employees.

Good place for personal growth and development should you chose to pursue it.
The good thingsThe company works across many sectors and provides exciting challenges and problems to solve. As most small to medium organisation you are provided opportunities to pursue personal areas of interest, as long as they are aligned with the overall company business lines. Junior staff is provided opportunities to work across the different company divisions and are also provided a diversity of projects within the division they are part of. More senior staff takes on mentoring, business development, staff management and operational roles. My experience, coming in with 10 years' of experience has been great. I was able to build a new service area within the company, aligned with my skillset that has grow substantially in the company since I started 5 years ago. I've been given the freedom and trust to pursue the plans I had. I have not seen any evidence of micro-management within the company; the staff is treated as adults.
The challengesThe freedom you are being provided comes with responsibilities. Often your own consciousness is more pressing than a manager.
