    Great full time role that teaches a lot of valuable skills.
    The good thingsGreat team environment Mostly unsupervised work Included vehicle & phone Options to work extra for that little extra in your pay.
    The challengesManagement need to focus on other states besides VIC & NSW Communication between Techs and Management could improve Staffing levels need to be addressed, current staff are working way harder than is whats required due to lack of staff. Staff suggestions/requests are rarely acted upon.

    Mixed bag, good for short term experience.
    The good thingsInclusive culture and positive atmosphere overall.
    The challengesSalaries are lower than industry average for professions, and it is challenging and difficult to get a pay rise. Management / higher ups were quite slow in responding to questions/requests that were made.

    Pay is organised via an agreement and works out less than the business equipment awards minimum wage. No reward/recognition for effort unless you work in Melbourne. This company will never properly grow until they can keep there current staff
    The good thingsDiversity in work range, autonomous work, great for experience.
    The challengesPoor/no technical guides and no training. Lots of prejudice from older team members. The best workers leave due to inadequate pay, so hard to have any proper self of team.

    great for gaining some solid experience in service industry, but the job is not something you would do long term
    The good thingsWorking with many different contracts means the works quite varied and the people you work with
    The challengesThe lack of documentation the company has on the work you will be performing, and the lack of training. also lack of equipment/tools required for jobs

    A steping stone. If you come here to work don't stay for long.
    The good thingsThe people that work here are great but there is little insentive to continue working there. They pay poorly and don't recognise hard workers, people that have been working for years are on the same pay that people that have just started.
    The challengesThe work load can be very demanding, working in the field with a small team, with a huge amount of driving and short service level agreements.
