    Not bad work. But Fluctuates immensely
    The good thingsEasy work, good rates of commission for the types of deliverys. Good dispatch staff and technology communication
    The challengesFluctuates day to day. Some days will be flat out some will be completely dead. Which sucks when you're on commision.

    Great at first, then changes were made to the overall structure, resulting in severe income loss.
    The good thingsTeam at the Office are friendly & efficient, ready to help should the need arise.
    The challengesAvailable work spread over too many drivers, and Company wants to recruit more.

    Very Satisfying & family orientated work environment.
    The good thingsWorking with a wonderful team of people who care about you. The hustle & bustle of a busy work environment.
    The challengesSometimes communication between fellow drivers as they speak different languages & their accents are hard to understand. Transport is a forever changing field & always poses many challenges on a daily basis to meet customer requirements etc.
