Great people, barely any training and wage on the low side.

    May 2019
3 to 4 years in the role, former employee
Great experience but terrible pay and constant frustration
The good thingsThere are some good people in the company but there are many more that just turn up without motivation or desire to perform.
The challengesClients demand the world and very often want it on a shoestring. Sales will over promise and then leave it with the engineers to figure out how to get things to work. Management will often cut every corner they can to improve their numbers.
