    Not a pleasant environment to work
    The good thingsThe residents, beautiful grounds , the hydrangeas, trimmed lawns, big car park, nice uniforms, good decor, fire training is good.
    The challengesExpected to do all the cleaning including public toilets. 99% visas who speak in their own language. In experienced staff who are all sponsored. Poor infection control practices. Poor call bell system.
