    I hated higher ups not being trained in anything there was no help unless it was form the person you where on with

    Responsible for the overnight management but made redundant without any explanation and no opportunity to address any issues if there were any.
    The good thingsAutonomy during midnight shifts. Most of the staff were pleasant.
