    Very sad place.
    The good thingsGood pay for work that requires little effort. Get to sit down all day.
    The challengesManagement are awful. Always criticising, even when you reach their ridiculous targets. Don't listen when everyone tells them the script isn't working. Will send you home if not reaching targets. Just a sad place really.

    Wonderful work environment though the job was not for me.
    The good thingsAt all times during my training I was supported all staff and management and could not complain.
    The challengesNegative customers, and repetitive calling which I was advised about in my interview.

    The challengesThe company's stucture/culture . Stuck in the 90s doesn't spend a doller on facilities, high rotations of staff because they treat staff like Children and no room to grow unless you're there for 6 years+
