    Great team, interesting work, dynamic industry with a variety of challenges.
    The good thingsThe team are fantastic. Very close knit, supportive, welcoming, and ready to help. There is flexibility around working hours/formats, especially post-COVID.
    The challengesLower than market pay. High delivery expectations - which can be an exciting challenge but also stressful at times.

    The good thingsVery flexible when it comes to work life balance. Most of the people I worked with were awesome.
    The challengesVery top heavy management wise. They are incredibly poor communicators. Constant redundancies made the atmosphere very sombre & stressed. In my experience, they are not particularly honest - I was informed that I was being promoted after years of making my myself available to the company 24/7; shortly after this I was made redundant.

    Poor Management
    The good thingsThe good crew I worked with and the long term mates that I've made.
    The challengesDysfunctional incompetent upper management team who are only interested in cutting cost to feed there next bonus's. Full of promises but they fail to deliver.

    Probably the best company I have worked for in Australia.
    The good thingsGreat team, the management cope a bit of flake from an isolated few but I had no issues, all seemed genuine in wanting the company to succeed and I thought were doing all possible to ensure the best for staff and the future business - good guys. The people they employ among the best in the business I have seen
    The challengesWork / Life balance if not working local to your home, I managed OK but a struggle for some doing FIFO
