    It was good working as a cleaner for a short period but I would not consider for a long period.
    The good thingsThe location and environment was great, next to the ocean, the Marina Boat. Working with all the animals around was amazing.
    The challengesTeam culture needs to improve considerably. Waking up at 4:00 am to start at 5:00am was the most challenging of all.

    It had highs and lows in the short time I was employed.
    The good thingsLocation which I think the workplace uses to imply employees feel replaceable as many people would consider the location a dream job
    The challengesNot all but some managers. Profit driven with complete disregard for wellbeing and workload on their staff which I noticed to be prominent in the employees hired in customer facing roles.

    Good to begin with, not a long staying role.
    The good thingsMajority of the people are easily to get along with, the marine life and the location.
    The challengesManagement as stated in other previous reviews, some are good, but some think they run the aquarium, I don't think HR exists in this company as its completely biased.

    A passion killer.
    The good thingsWorking closely with the animals and learning about their individual personalities. Providing education to the general public.
    The challengesThe white shirts. Each department very cliquey. Hard to gain opportunities to develop your skills and passion - constantly feeling brushed over and talked down to, when showing nothing but enthusiasm for the work
