Prioritize profits over people and customersAraza prioritize profits over its people and customers. While projects can be interesting, support for employees and customer needs often feels secondary to financial goals. I was laid out because of their cashflow problem.

Good company culture and hard work is being recognized!
The good thingsThe Araza Directors lead by example and has an open door policy, the friendly and helpful Office Staff makes it easy to find assistance when required and the Account Managers have the appropriate industry knowledge. Araza also looks much better after their graduates than other larger companies and expose them to various client opportunities.
The challengesAll Consulting companies face the challenge that the 100% role does not exist which means that you as a consultant sometimes also have to be curious to change. Training opportunities exist, but it is the employees' responsibility to find them.
