Pretty good if you can keep a full timesheet and like excessive hoursThe good thingsHard to distinguish from any other top tier consultancy. Similiar to AECOM/GHD/SMEC.
Pay is good. people are good. office and location is good. work flexibility is good. Plenty of diverse work and projects. Overseas opportunities.
The challengesWeak management, with high turnover.
An excessive focus on money and billability. For example, a lot of jobs have been outsourced to Manilla for profit reasons.
If your hours are low for longer than 1-2 months, they'll let you go.
The pressure to constantly perform is very high forcing people to work long hours (though no longer unusual these days), hence the large turnover rate.
