My experience was good but it was made intolerable by one person.
The good thingsMost of the other staff members were great.
I did a wide variety of work from Painting and repairing dry walling to driving, cleaning and repairing of the various medical equipment they sold and rented to assembling new beds and assisting with the roll outs of these beds at various aged care facilities. They also fed the workers well at monthly meetings and other events.
The challengesThe main challenge was my supervisor who was very negative and who had very little to no communication skills.
