    Unpleasant environment.
    The good thingsFellow employees were friendly and tried their best.
    The challengesThe work environment was one of distrust and employees were watched and micromanaged. The owners and managers argued amongst themselves in front of employees.

    Not 1 day was I ever happy to be there, and not 1 week was there no drama due to management. Uncomfortable and disrespected work environment.

    The challengesUnprofessional management, uncomfortable and drama based work environment, can’t trust anyone. Constantly training new people because of high % staff turnover

    It was great, and I enjoyed the learning experience.
    The good thingsI was accepted into the team straight away and with open arms, I really enjoyed that, you're not left to figure things out on your own but you're also not watched like a hawk.
    The challengesWhat I found challenging was learning names, although that comes with every job, the other challenging thing I found was keeping an eye on table numbers and having to remember to look where customers went so I could later serve them.

    Was an adventure never to forget
    The good thingsI have learnt alot about good customer service skills and extra food preperation tips , i found the clients at chisholm tafe where exceptional in giving feed back about the menu and helped mangement with new ideas resulting in better healthier produce.
    The challengesLearning to adapt to counterhand position as i was previously in long term employment in aged care facilities
