    Most toxic transport company to work for in sydney
    The good thingsGetting your pay on time, that's it.
    The challengesArrogant managers, poorly maintained trucks and trailers. Toxic workplace. Their is a reason why they are always hiring.. the company is not experiencing growth it's just a revolving door.

    Worst organisation I've ever worked at lacking poor leadership at the top.
    The good thingsCannot think of any that would stand out.
    The challenges1. Never got heard. 2. Place is full of family members. 3. No structure and no vision. 4. Highest staff turnaround middle management down. 5. Long hours of work. 6. Lack of trust in owner.
