What a difference a manager can make

The challengesI used to be a territory manager (I think they’re called business development executives now?) and had an area manager who micro managed everyone and made them miserable. Constant “feedback” that was just petty gripes, never showing appreciation or positive observations. I would jut brace myself every time I saw their name pop Up. What a difference one manager can make. I have since moved into a promotion at another company but am grateful to not hate coming to work every day.

Terrible & miserable work environment , summed up by arrogant management/supervisors causing a poor attitude on the floor. Revolving door of staff
The good thingsFree drinks off line, thats it.
The challengesTerrible management & shocking shift patterns. Too many managers who do not communicate correct procedures and cause further problems. Management/team leaders always looking to blame others.
