Great place to work if you like a challenge, l felt they were very loyal to their staff.
The good thingsIt was such a refreshing place to work, very flexible with working arrangements, had a great team and support whenever you required it. Gave me opportunity to grow and learn, l was a consultant felt like a full-time employee.
The challengesFast paced, worked extremely long hours, very unorganised upon starting, but became better as time went along, it was a challenge, but who doesn't love a challenge.
Employment Brand and Sourcing LeadThankyou for taking the time to provide feedback. We are so glad that you enjoyed your time working with Asahi Beverages.

What a difference a manager can make
The good thingsGreat car, lots of product and merch perks
The challengesI used to be a territory manager (I think they’re called business development executives now?) and had an area manager who micro managed everyone and made them miserable. Constant “feedback” that was just petty gripes, never showing appreciation or positive observations. I would jut brace myself every time I saw their name pop Up. What a difference one manager can make. I have since moved into a promotion at another company but am grateful to not hate coming to work every day.

HR Team lacks professionalism and creates an unsafe environment
    The good thingsGood employe benefits
The challengesThe HR team is disorganised, unapproachable, and lacks even basic professionalism. Complaints are ignored or swept under the rug. Despite promoting values like "respect" and "wellbeing", the internal HR culture is anything but. HR is either out of their depth or unwilling to act. There is a serious lack of confidentiality and integrity. Concerns raised in good faith are often gossiped about in HR eroding trust. Until this is addressed starting with the HR leader, employees will continue to feel unsupported and unsafe.

Mostly stagnent, dealing with the same problems time and time again with no change upon request
The good thingsMost of the low level workers are great to work with, good perks around drinks via online portal
The challengesDealing with Management. Often too many cooks in the kitchen and finger pointing rather than collaborative development. Lack of funding for future developments that were seen as not required even though experts in the field said otherwise

Lots of miserable staff held by golden handcuffs
The good thingsPay for some legacy staff can be good.
The challengesManagement have no direction and are more interested in playing politics amongst themselves than delighting consumers or dealing with staff. Promotions are all about putting your lot with the winning horse rather than output.

A really great company to work for. Once they recognise talent, they want to keep that talent and encourage them to grow within the organisation.
The good thingsA great culture and atmosphere. Everyone works hard but tries to enjoy themselves at the same time. Free drinks fridge and open bar twice a week at Head office. A good hybrid model of office and wfh.
The challengesSystems and processes need to be updated which I believe they are.

I won't recommend you to work at their non-alcohol beverage site. I guess maybe their brewery site is better, as they may make more profits.
The good thingsI was working in a non-alcohol beverage site, instead of the brewery site. Some career development opportunities if you are willing to go for. Employees benefit was OK.
The challengesVery poor management in the non-alcohol beverage site. The site is located at least 40 mins drive from Brisbane. No free beers points for floor team members.

Fabulously, encompassing, diversifying brilliant business with a priority on making sure everyone gets a go. Unlike some the mix is more important than the money. I love them and will die here.
The good thingsAll I give is a big clap about a company who cares about diversity. Service is a department of Asahi Beverages that ensures diversity is more important than anything else, showing the way from the top. They will give you a go even if you are not sure what to do.
The challengesThere are none in this forward thinking who wish to ensure they shape the future of all workforces. Even service technicians will get the diversity soon to show the companies progression.

Awesome, diverse. Feel loved. Place really rocks regardless of your skills, they will give you a go if you are the fit. Fabulous, terrific and magnificent.
The good thingsA big shout out to Asahi. I work for a brilliant company and particularly a delivery/service department that has diversity first and above any other business interests. As a woman this is the best place in the world to work and get ahead.
The challengesThere are none. So socially progressive with their employment and promotion. One negative thing is there are still no diversely skilled technical tradesman. That will soon come I am sure.
