A results driven environment, facilitated by a workplace that allows you to execute your work freely within the strategic picture of the business.
The good thingsThe people, the product and the vision are fantastic! There was a focus on promoting from within if a team member showed potential. A defined strategy is in place to move the business forward.
The challengesThe main challenges in the last few years were from growth and supply and demand during COVID.

The "WHY" is why we are here, the embodiment of the Swedish design.
The good thingsMany of the roles within ASKO are suited for Hybrid workers built-in with workplace flexibility. Training is amazing, and most fellow workers are very passionate about the product.
The challengesWashing machines, Dishwashers, and Ovens are essential products that can have their challenges in meeting consumers' expectations. Luckily, ASKO's after-sales service can meet this demand delivery outstanding services.

Very poor support base due to a lack of understanding of the core business and promoting the wrong people into senior roles which impact downstream operations which result in large staff turnover. further resulting in lack of experience staff.
The good thingsGreat bunch of people ready to help.
The challengesChinese senior management that don't understand the operational needs of the company and the culture.

A great brand that has poor management!
The good thingsThe product is excellent in design very easy to use. The work environment is also good unless you have service issues then you are at the mercy of the service Dpt. After a number of ownership takeovers it is now micro managed.
The challengesContinual service issues, stock availability issues, poor marketing.

Has promise but not for the thin skinned.
The good thingsAble to offer original solutions to service issues. Not micro managed. Overtime is available over 9-5.
The challengesManagement inscrutable. Performance appraisals are ad hoc and generally destructive. Job becomes repetitive with practically no scope for development. High staff turnover.
