    Once you figure out how many levels you can get up to its incredibly easy to coast on it. But you'll get trapped if you stay too long.
    The good thingsDecent pay, can get away with doing very little, little to no supervision
    The challengesVery hard to work upwards, depends on where you start in the facility. RX has the most, opportunity, everywhere else you get capped quickly.

    Don't waste your exceptional skills in this company
    The good thingsI like the company. I love what I do, I love my job. There are a lot of good and knowledgeable people to work with.
    The challengesThe management. There is only one important department in the company, and the rest are insignificant. Doesn’t value loyalty of staff who have worked for a long time, rather you'd be treated unfairly, inconsiderately and unprofessionally. No support from upper management and HR. Not equal opportunity company.

    one of the best places i've worked in in over 30 years till the branch closed in June this year.
    The good thingsGreat work place with friendly work mates and staff that treated you more than just a number socialising after work,and reunion get togethers with former work mates.
