    The best place I have ever worked, by far.
    The good thingsAmazing people. Work hours are as advertised, a normal full time work week. Zero hostility and zero appetite for it. Lots of opportunity for learning and challenge. International company with international opportunities.

    Sometimes its MORE than figures - look after your staff.
    The good thingsThe customers, some of the coworkers and the products.
    The challengesSenior management have no idea what happens day to day. Not enough staff, no support and any feedback falls on deaf ears. For a professional company, the cliqueness is apparent and if you're not in the inner circle - you get nowhere.

    Stay away from this TOXIC place starting from the toxic CEO down to Unit Managers.
    The good thingsNice team of colleague to work with, however, they are also looking to get out of this company.
    The challengesYou are only a number in this place, absolutely NO support from senior management. Sad to see good people leaving one after another.

    Disorganized company, and horrible leadership/vibe - Don't go to PFDS!
    The good thingsWasn't anything to like, I guess if you like being really cold in the AC?
    The challengesDidn't get shown how to complete your new role, got told to sit in a corner and google. Not one employee respected the boss, which is understandable. Work in a 1980's warehouse with the oldest equipment you can imagine and sit in a boring place where everyone does not speak? Than this is the place.

    Recently centralised business with exciting goals to attain.
    The good thingsMy ideas are acknowledged, discussed/brainstormed and implemented. Managers backing you on your decisions, as well as providing support during tough circumstances. A lot of positive “can do” people around, dedicated to improving processes, customer experience and overall staff morale.
    The challengesCentralisation of the business - causing additional difficulties balancing resources during the COVID pandemic. Due to this, work life balance is currently less than ideal.

    The good thingsApart from selling a good product there was little positives about this company.
    The challengesManagement seem to be focused on themselves. Lack of understanding of the business plan, very outdated people placed in positions that shouldn’t be there. If you are not a yes individual stay clear.

    The challengesManagement are in it for themselves. Covering their own behinds. Its basically see if you can swim.. No training at all. Management do not meet the agreements they sign up to. You will not get the salary they offer.

    The challengesHR unprofessional with no understanding of confidentiality, Senior Management not providing support or approving the tools to do your job at full capacity, A lack of trust in their Branch Management, a Lack of professionalism, a lack of support within your role, Management not listening to the issues.

    Disorganised mayhem!

    The challengesThis has to be the most poorly managed business I've ever worked at. They are constantly struggling to meet deadlines and budgets and nobody seems to know how to remedy the situation. Largely dominated by a handful of inept senior managers who really have no clue how to operate a service based business this company's future seems bleak or at least the future of many of the staff does as many positions are now being made redundant.
