    A very positive experience overall.
The good thingsFlexible and supportive working environment. Exposure to a variety of industries, processes, people and projects. A suite of training courses in Asset Management, Maintenance Management and Reliability Improvement.
The challengesInternal processes and systems need an update/upgrade. Economic cycles can hamper the volume of projects. The expected challenges of working in a small/niche-specific company.

Very beneficial for undergraduates with little experience
The good thingsGreat training! I've received more professional training here than at any other company I've worked at.
The challengesThe staff turnover rate was quite high due to the market conditions and short project lengths.

    Passionate asset reliability professionals
The good thingsOn the project i worked on with a client, Assetivity placed completed trust in my team to deliver a solution for their client's asset management team. Where the role required working away, I was given additional allowances and flexibility on flights so I could be home early on a Friday to enjoy the weekend
The challengesAssetivity expect their consultants to lift in delivering solutions for their clients, even when there is not a precedent. This can be challenging however the effort was recognized in remuneration and bonuses.
