    Toxic workplace
    The good thingsthe customers, some staff members... home time and leaving.
    The challengesNo work life balance, overtime is all the time and you are expected to do this or your working life becomes complete hell, excessive work load, no support from senior staff members or from HR, very toxic workplace, very bad culture. Would not recommend

    The good thingsUmmmm... The customer service team and sales rep were nice.
    The challengesMost tasks should be handled by other departments (work overload), too much overtime, constantly dealing with angry customers, lack of support from management, not enough staff to handle the load, and high rotation of staff from both warehouse and customer service.

    The challengesToxic environment with zero empathy or support from management. Expectations from management that are completely unrealistic - min 5 hours per week free overtime, handling of angry clients etc
