Wouldn't recommend this kind of work, it was only rewarding due to opportunities gained thereafter.
The good thingsSome Colleagues I worked with.
The challengesVery low wages as a Mentor. Unrealistic KPI's and workload. The challenges you find when people don't want to work. Offering people jobs that are totally unsuitable to maintain KPI's. Cliquey Management.

Please research before accepting a position
The good thingsWorking with at risk young adults is very rewarding.
The challengesHighly overworked. The description of how we would work and the amount of admin we would need to do was misrepresented. Simply put the job was not as advertised. My stint at Asuria has severely damaged my career and I have had to start at rock bottom again in my previous industry.

The worst job I’ve ever had.
The good thingsEasy to get employed without industry experience
The challengesCaseload numbers are too high. KPIs are unachievable and you can’t hit your targets to get your bonus. Lack of team leaders/site managers. This is a privately owned company. Better to join a NFP org.

The good thingsMy peer wanted to be useful to deliver what management failed to deliver. Thanks goes to that individuals thoughts in contrast to so called management.
The challengesManagement as aforementioned are only there to look good not support people even where pre employment ask for extra guidance steer clear of this one.
