    Working for snc was a good experience but not something that could work long term. Management are the biggest bottle neck when trying to achieve or empower individuals.

    The challengesWorking with management who do not provide clear instructions on what is required. Quick to critise but not praise hard-work. A lot of unnecessary red tape.
