    This is the type of work i thrive on and love going in everyday
    The good thingsNo two days are the same and everyone chips in and gets the job done
    The challengesNeed to be fit as it can throw up some real weird things at you and not for the faint hearted and going up 10 flights of stairs on a hot day isn't fun
