Toxic environment management have blinkers on and HR what HR
The good thingsThe only thing I enjoyed is leaving
The challengesToxic management it needs to be cleaned out as they tolerate mistreatment of staff members and the employees that go above and beyond are expected to do more while the employees that coast along are aloud to do so .

The challengesif you are in to be part of the company goals you are in for a good time. if you are in just to get your 9-5 done it will be hard fit.

    Very Mediocre
The good thingsGood people to work with including colleagues and customers, travelling around to customers sites, good technical support from the three or so people in the entire organisation willing to help.
The challengesWill promise the world, and proudly deliver nothing. A pack of seaguls fighting over a chip is more organised than this company. And sadly thats how the divisions act chasing revenue and bonuses. The entire business is reactive not proactive. Management from top to bottom are not interested in the issues which results in poor customer service, repeatedly going back to finish jobs because of incorrect parts, parts not arriving or getting lost, sometimes double the parts being ordered and paid for by the customer, poor planning, not understanding customer site requirements etc. No correct tooling provided, often working alone on big jobs, minimal training, work it out yourself, you will talk to yourself, a lot. On the road and away from home a lot. New machine sold, sales person promises installation by the technician. Technician gets a shoe string budget, a toothpick and some chewing gum for the install. Products offered to customers are not in the customer's best interest. Its all about maximising bonuses at the expense of the customer, and everyone else for that matter. Operates like a small backyard business. Constantly apologising to customers for everything and having to wear the fallout when jobs turn sour. Could be one of the best jobs and employers, sadly it is not.

    Very difficult working environment!
The good thingsService team supported each other.
The challengesWhere thrown in the deep end from day 1. Promises that were made in the interview were never met. We received no training on any products. forced to take shortcuts on repairs. Management never listened to any advice we gave. HR couldn't care less when we raised issues of the OH&s matters

Its an absolute disaster, there so much political corectness, that nothing gets done.
The good thingsvariation in role, and ability to travel to customer sites
The challengesManagement had no idea about the products, and no idea about management of staff. Nothing was ever done, and the people not doing, are managed by people not knowing....and not managing.
