Poor. Unless you want no pay rises, little progression and lack of growth.
The good thingsCan work from home for certain roles.
The challengesMultiple. Lack of career progression. No salary rises. No perks. Impossible sales targets so no bonus. Always about costs and staff are secondary. Always after new customers and don't care about current contracts.

The company only cares about its shareholders and how it can make more money. Employees that put in all the effort to make the money are an after thought and never rewarded fairly. Local managers have no power as all directives are passed down from Global
The good thingsWork life balance and the people that work here are all Atos had going for it.
The challengesNo recognition or perks/ benefits when you work for this company. If you are happy with a mediocre salary, absolutely no training and being in the same role for the rest of your life then this is the company for you.

    Not the European Atos
The good thingsMany of the people (who've now unfortunately left) and departure!
The challengesExecutive Management is missing in action most of the time and destructive and negative when they are present. Unrealistic expectations. Zero support. Zero care. Blame is everything.

Overqualified asset in a role where there was no scope for progression, who left the role due to poor management.
The good thingsIf you enjoy poor people management and are happy being stuck in the same role for 20 years, then Atos is for you.
The challengesBecoming visible as a part of a global organisation. I worked for a company acquired by Atos and finding new career opportunities within the company in Australia was nearly impossible without a lot of groundwork.

This review is based on Atos UK IT Services - Not good... Avoid at all costs
    The good thingsLeaving
The challengesDisjointed management, being dropped into the middle of the do do, no sense of what to do once winning a contract, too focused on new business rather than striving for excellence on existing accounts.
