    A place to retire.
    The good thingsPlenty of overtime and decent conditions.

    Absolute waste of time, money is ok, if you can be bothered with constant restructuring and pressure from the higher ups to get it done.
    The good thingsMajority of maintenance people are good to work with.
    The challengesMassive divide between different areas of the business. Seen as a lesser trades person (boilermaker, mech fitter) to some of the other trades people (electricians, diesel fitters ect). Management/corporate has zero care towards its front line workers and only cares about its image to clients and the public. Nil progression and development if you don't meet the diversity quota.
