    An incredibly tough working environment made tolerable by hardworking dedicated individuals.
    The good thingsDirect Manager, incredibly hard working sales team and construction team. Good empathy for home life and personal circumstances
    The challengesUpper management are way to out of touch. Systems and processes are outdate and are leading to individual burnout across the board. No plans for fleet upgrade/aging fleet.
