    The good thingsHonestly, there is nothing good about the company. I fell into the trap.
    The challengesBad management. They had no idea about anything but expecting you to work hard. They hired me as full time employee knowing they didnt survive. They company has collapsed.

    Loved the job, but did not like the management. Uncertain place to work.

    The challengesConstant change and inconsistent messages makes it very difficult to navigate in this environment. Executive management, creates a uncertain environment by playing one against the other and not giving the managers full autonomy in their roles.
