In the right position, Austin may be a good employer but this role was extremely high pressure on one person and not worth the stress.
The good thingsPay reasonable, especially getting bonus whenever going from a morning to arvo shift and working weekends
The challengesAllocations was extremely understaffed and an extremely high pressure job, impossible to keep up with. Literally no time to even go to toilet, had to have lunch at desk and just flat out and on your own most the time. Needs to have more staff in this role. Also got rostered lots of evenings and weekends when was told would be 1 in 4 weekends.
