    not a really good place for people who want to advance the career
    The good thingsPeople is easy-going
    The challengesGetting things done on time,poor to non-existent management,language barrier amongst non english speaking Low salary. Poor management. No employee benefits at all. Boss doesn't trust staffs on hiring.

    Communication is hard there. The manager is not helpful and not willing to explain, while at the same time having a high demand for your performance.
    The good thingsThe office desk is wide and the seats are comfortable.
    The challengesNoisy, people are talking non-stop. Managers are not patient to answer freshman's questions.
