    Great job, ruthless management.
The good thingsI really enjoyed the work - autonomous yet part of a team, the camaraderie, and a satisfying feeling of service and achievement.
The challengesNeed to improve on HR skills - management will use you, then ghost you. They will train you, you'll be acceptable to them, they'll even say "Couldn't have done (the seasonal work) without you" as you walk out, but apply for a regular job there..."not selected" and no one will tell you why. Quite a few positions came up after I left, various fulltime staff wondered why I hadn't been employed, but all I got was the sound of crickets. Am I too old? Don't expect anyone to own up to that. Did I do such a bad job? Such a bad job that "couldn't have been done without me"? I watched fulltime staff play the system, and keep getting away with it, yet all I wanted to do was work...crickets.

The challengesA diverse workforce with various age groups, challenges with new technology which provides vital data supporting workloads.

If I left and had the opportunity to work here again, I would decline. Good experience though.
The good thingsA lot of assistance from managers, very open minded with what you wear, respectful of diversity, work from home, everyone is pretty friendly.
The challengesThe pay is not the best for a complaints role. I would prefer $45+ mark to handle these kind of customers. Meeting certain KPI's can be a bit demanding, I like to take my time. Quality over quantity. It can be a little micromanaging (stalkerish).

Sub par poor experience, could have been better, but definitely not worth it
The good thingsWorking in the city Pay was above average 4 days work from home, optional but was given
The challengesKPIs definitely, 480 AHT (average call handle time) to be averaged in a week, given the nature of the calls this is far out of reach and most people rarely touched this target, ones that do struggle to maintain it, if you dont then you get the boot. Micromanagent as well, when I was at work I was constantly getting stared at and being asked what I was doing even though I was doing the work, this was uncomfortable and only made me feel more under pressure. They have an adherence metric too so they will tell when you've gone over a break or not doing a set task at a set time, also they are watching your screens so that is another pointer. A friend of mine who worked there told me they overheard one of the team managers talking about them to other workers behind their back, so that is a pointer no one there promotes a good workplace, despite there so called TIES core values. Towards the end I decided this was not worth my mental health so I threw in towel

All call centers after this one will be a breath of fresh air
The good thingsCoworkers are wonderful, pay is decent, WFH 4 days a week is pretty good. If you like learning new things constantly and don't mind stressful high-volume inbound calls, this is an OK job. Getting trained for the consumer Digital team makes your life so much better.
The challengesYour experience will vary dramatically depending on who your Team Manager is. Some are very supportive and kind, some are very harsh and KPI focused. Customers are often extremely unpleasant and entitled especially during Christmas/Peak. You get no breaks between calls and all work is expected to be completed during the actual call. Borderline impossible to convert from a casual role to a permanent one.

Stressful but well-paid role with limited support and high pressure from management.
The good thingsThe pay, colleagues, and just one in-office day each week
The challengesGood pay and friendly team, but high-pressure environment with constant difficult calls and little support from management. Heavy focus on KPIs. Many staff leave due to stress and burnout. Not a supportive long-term workplace.

If I know what I know now, do not apply for this role. You will do better working for other businesses.
The good thingsTrying to work that out. When you drive out the gate to deliver to metro sites, the road is yours. You are controlled by a scanner and it is your responsibility to ensure that you do make all of your very tight schedule.
The challengesManagement do not know how to talk to each other. Most managers are a bunch of muppets. Managers think that they are better than anyone else. Very uneducated but will tell you how to do your job.

The good thingsLots of hours around Christmas time if your chasing the pay. Work was steady so shift went by fast
The challengesMachines were hard to come by. Most were not charged properly from other shift. On your feet the whole shift, unless on a forklift
