    It was haunting towards the end as experienced staff were let go and new staff weren’t properly trained. Management were inexperienced and inept in doing their jobs and it caused a toxic work environment. I would not recommend working for them.
    The good thingsI truly struggled the whole time. There were some staff who made it kind of bearable.
    The challengesInept management. Lack emotional intelligence. Management lack leadership skills. Low level of people management skills. Did not offer adequate training to staff. Poor management caused a toxic work place. I highly recommend not working for this organisation.

    The good thingsNice grounds and working environment. Some wonderful older staff who were around when the company was a great place to work.
    The challengesUnprofessional workplace culture. Staff overworked with little compensation. No incentives. Few opportunities for career progression. Management incompetent.

    Great first job place but move on once you've proven your worth.
    The good thingsGood for starters into the workforce or industry. Plenty to learn. Start on time and leave on time - no questions asked.
    The challengesCompany driven by low costs so pay increases are extremely hard to come by on the already low salary standard. Company too focused on growth and not enough on stabilising existing issues and improving capabilities and giving back to the people.

    The challengesManagement is terrible. Pay package very low and no pay rise every year .Need to take calls for different processes but no benefits and perks except getting a drop by taxi if u finish late shift. Not allowed to take your full paid annual leave at one go and very tensed environment .Have to apply for leave 1 year in advance and is first come first basis. Cannot take leave without pay as well. Only thing good is the Christmas party which is for free .

    The good thingsAAS is one of the largest Super Administration company, which will give plenty of experience and credential for those who worked at AAS and managed to deliver projects on time on target, which I did. I proved the superior quality of my project management skill.
    The challengesIt is a challenge working at AAS as one has to be fully trained and self sufficient and resourceful to 'survive' working in the AAS environment.
